Optimize cash flow and ensure operational transparency. **Finance Manager** * **Salary:** Commensurate with experience and qualifications. * **Company:** IMPA \| Construction and Refrigeration. * Location: Toluca, State of Mexico. * **Objective:** Lead financial strategy and ensure cash flow health, overseeing the full cycle from sales invoicing to settlement of supplier obligations and tax compliance. **Benefits** * Periodic performance-based salary increases. * Job stability: Option for an indefinite-term contract. * Free uniforms. **Job Responsibilities** * Treasury Management: Supervise cash flow, ensuring revenues from Sales operationally cover Purchasing and Installation needs. * Accounts Receivable and Payable Control: Validate invoicing, monitor collections promptly, and strategically schedule payments to suppliers. * Tax and Legal Compliance: Ensure proper handling of taxes (VAT, Income Tax), withholdings, and current regulations before the SAT (Mexican Tax Administration Service). * Process Auditing: Verify that each stage of the financial flow (records, supporting documents, and authorizations) complies with the institutional workflow diagram. * Relationship with Management: Act as the right hand of General Management for presenting financial statements and budgetary decision-making. **Your Impact on the Organization** * Cash Flow Optimization: Reduce the financial cycle time—from when Sales closes an order until funds are available in the account. * Operational Transparency: Implement controls ensuring every peso invested in Installations is properly justified and recorded. **Desired Profile** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or specialization preferred). * Experience: Minimum 5\-7 years in financial management roles, preferably in the construction or industrial services sector. * Technical Knowledge: \* Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI for executive reporting. * Experience with ERP systems and banking/tax portals. * In-depth knowledge of Mexican tax laws. * Competencies: Strong leadership, strategic vision, unwavering professional ethics, and high negotiation capability.
