




Position Summary: We are seeking an Expansion Manager to lead the growth of a leading Hard Discount chain with an ambitious national expansion project. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of Expansion Strategy and negotiation of commercial premises. 2. Feasibility Analysis and business case development. 3. Development of the Annual Master Growth Plan for the Region. We currently operate over 3,000 stores, primarily in the central region of the country, and have an ambitious nationwide expansion project underway. Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position. * Design of Expansion Strategy, site search, location identification and negotiation of commercial premises, Feasibility Analysis and business case development including financial and profitability proposals for purchase or lease, contract terms negotiation, preparation and signing of contractual agreements, tenant relations. * Development of the Annual Master Growth Plan for the Region.
