Ability to adapt to family routines and maintain a professional demeanor **WE ARE SEEKING AN EXECUTIVE CHEF \- PRIVATE RESIDENCE** **MAGDALENA CONTRERAS AREA** A family is seeking a full-time Executive Chef to manage and operate the kitchen of a private residence with high standards of quality, cleanliness, and organization. **Objectives:** Planning and preparation of weekly menus (balanced, healthy, and customized) Preparation of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for the family and occasional events Procurement and inventory management: purchasing and stock control Recipe costing and responsible management of the kitchen budget Standardization of recipes and quality control for each dish Proper storage, preservation, and adherence to hygiene standards Kitchen organization and coordination with service staff as needed **Requirements:** Culinary education or equivalent verifiable experience. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or cook in private residences, hotels, or restaurants. Mastery of Mexican or international cuisine. Experience in healthy and family-oriented cooking. Skills: discipline, discretion, cleanliness, and punctuality. Respectful and professional conduct. Ability to adapt to family routines.
