Organization and supervision of corporate events. **We are looking for an Executive Assistant** We are looking for an Executive Assistant whose primary responsibility will be to support the daily needs of an executive and coordinate corporate events. We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong initiative and administrative management skills. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Strategically manage the Executive’s schedule, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, commitments, and key activities. * Coordinate and follow up on executive meetings, ensuring preparation of relevant information, confirmation of attendees, and implementation of agreed actions. * Provide direct executive support to facilitate the efficient execution of the Executive’s operational, administrative, and strategic functions. * Plan and coordinate end-to-end logistics for domestic and international travel, including transportation, accommodation, per diems, and executive itineraries. * Consolidate, deliver, and follow up on financial reports and key administrative documentation, ensuring their availability for executive decision-making. * Plan, organize, and supervise corporate event logistics, ensuring proper execution in accordance with institutional standards. * Follow up on procedures and transactions with government agencies, municipal offices, notaries, and business organizations, ensuring regulatory and administrative compliance. * Support payment processing, procurement, and operations on electronic banking platforms, ensuring control, accuracy, and confidentiality of financial information. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of corporate facilities, ensuring operational continuity and proper functioning of spaces. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of customer service, administration, and finance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong organizational and administrative management skills.
