Supervises personalized customer service, product presentation, inventory control, and sales floor organization, aligning with store standards and policies. * Manage daily department operations, ensuring achievement of objectives and quality standards. * Implement sales and promotional strategies to meet and exceed business goals. * Advise customers on fragrances and beauty products, providing expert and personalized service. * Lead, motivate, and supervise department staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Oversee marketing activities, ensuring an exceptional customer shopping experience. * Manage inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and consistent product availability. * Education: Completed high school diploma * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a sales manager in perfume or cosmetics stores, including sales strategy implementation, inventory management, shrinkage control, and staff supervision.
