**We are growing at AGC!** That’s why we’re looking for our next talent as a **CPFR**, to join our Commercial Intelligence team. **Your profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. * In-depth knowledge of the supply chain. * Familiarity with supply indicators for customers. * Database management skills. **Responsibilities:** * Hold regular meetings and maintain constant communication with replenishment coordinators across various self-service retail chains. * Maintain ongoing communication with the Demand Planning team to incorporate inventory leveling and customer-specific safety stock into the forecast, ensuring product availability and service levels. * Monitor and track customer KPIs, implementing corrective actions promptly upon detecting deviations. * Ensure proper supply and product availability at the SKU level, identifying opportunities at the point of sale and jointly reviewing with the Sales team the appropriate catalog and coverage. * Raise alerts upon detecting excess inventory; collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop exit strategies for products, thereby improving inventory days across all customers. * Develop work plans for the promotional team, specifying points of sale and areas requiring correction at the point of sale. * Timely tracking of sales trends to continuously adjust the forecast jointly with the customer. * Maintain consistent communication with replenishment coordinators to ensure timely transmission and/or retransmission of purchase orders. * Create and update sell-out dashboards for use by both Sales and Marketing teams in decision-making. * Monitor product coverage performance, promptly identifying red flags that could jeopardize product cataloging and/or delisting with customers. * Advise and guide the KAM/KAE in achieving the financial targets set forth in the sales budget, considering short-, medium-, and long-term horizons, while identifying risks and opportunities in managing each account. * Ensure sell-out data is available for the majority of current portfolio customers and integrate it into informational dashboards. * Anticipate and communicate risks such as stockouts, demand surges, delisting, loss of coverage, penalties, etc., identified with customers. * Collaborate and provide support on other strategic tasks or projects as required by your department or immediate supervisor. **We offer:** * Competitive base salary commensurate with experience * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Professional growth opportunities * Subsidized cafeteria * **10% Savings Fund** * **10% Grocery Vouchers** * Discounts on our products * **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** * **Early Friday dismissal** * Work location: Alamo Industrial Zone.
