




Job Summary: This administrative role focuses on costing, pricing determination, and inventory auditing to optimize cost management across various areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Determination and updating of recipe and product costs. 2. Validation of selling prices and analysis of variances. 3. Physical inventory audits and preparation of cost reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or Gastronomy (with a focus on costing). 1 year of experience in administrative or procurement areas. Basic English. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Prepare and update costing for bakery, deli, and restaurant recipes. Determine the cost of retail products and private-label bulk repackaged products. Apply the approved markup factor and validate selling prices, reviewing variances and updating prices accordingly. Prepare daily costing and cost report for the employee cafeteria. Prepare daily cost reports by consumption center. Conduct physical inventory audits at month-end across all areas and branches.
