Participate in developing the corporate basic supplies list. **Join HOSPITAL MAC CORPORATIVO!** We are looking for your talent as: **Corporate Head of Procurement Planning** Work schedule: Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM // Friday 7:30 AM–2:30 PM // Days off: Saturday and Sunday. **Position Objectives:** Plan, coordinate, and ensure timely and efficient procurement of medicines and hospital supplies for MAC hospital units, guaranteeing operational continuity, regulatory compliance, inventory optimization, and budget control—aligned with the organization’s clinical and financial needs. **Responsibilities:** * Develop policies and procedures related to health supplies planning. * Update policies and procedures related to health supplies planning. * Develop health supplies planning for warehouses across MAC hospital units. * Define optimal inventory levels (minimum, maximum, and reorder points). * Develop a delivery calendar—including dates and time slots—in coordination with hospital units for submission of procurement plans. * Schedule updates to health supplies planning. * Participate in developing the corporate basic health supplies list. * Develop and monitor a quality indicator showing the percentage of adherence to the basic health supplies list. * Develop and monitor a quality indicator showing the percentage of adherence to health supplies planning. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in: 1\.\- Demand planning based on: Historical consumption, Seasonality, and Medical scheduling 2\.\- Defining: Reorder points, Minimum and maximum stock levels 3\.\- Reducing: Stockouts, Expired-item losses, and urgent purchases 4\.\- Experience with: Hospital or enterprise ERP systems (SAP (MM), TASY), Purchase control, Consumption tracking, Inventory management, and Data analysis for decision-making **Knowledge in:** * Demand planning and inventory control. * Medicines and hospital supplies. * Health regulations (COFEPRIS). * ERP / procurement and inventory management systems (SAP/TASY); Intermediate–advanced Excel / analytical tools. * Intermediate English **WE OFFER:** * Base salary \+ Attendance bonus \+ Punctuality bonus \+ Grocery vouchers \+ Savings fund. * Statutory benefits. * Interviews are in-person.
