Description

**Responsibilities:** Cook B will be responsible for food preparation and presentation in our restaurants located inside the hotel. Ensure proper ingredient rotation and manage assigned kitchen stations. Additionally, must guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety standards and collaborate effectively with the kitchen team. **Requirements:** * Proven experience at the same level of culinary work (or demonstrate equivalent knowledge). * Ability to adhere to protocols such as H Distinction, Crystal, and Green Globe. * Complete documentation: RFC, INE, CURP, and NSS. * Availability to rotate shifts if required. **Work Schedule:** Morning, afternoon, or closing shift. Monday through Sunday, with one weekly day off.
