Job Summary: This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate entry and timely updating of raw material inbound and outbound information in the system, in accordance with Good Practices. Avangard Laboratories invites you to join its Warehouse Department as: **Control Room Analyst.** **Job Challenge:** Ensure accurate entry and maintain up-to-date system records for all raw material inbound and outbound transactions, in strict compliance with Good Warehousing and Documentation Practices. **Position Profile and Knowledge Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, reporting, recordkeeping, and administrative warehouse tasks. * Basic knowledge and experience operating an ERP or warehouse management system. * Minimum one year of experience in similar roles. * Availability to work the evening shift in Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco. **Responsibilities:** * Enter all received raw materials into the system. * Maintain updated records and control of raw material inbound/outbound transactions and quantities. * Verify that raw material documentation (invoices, purchase orders, quality certificates, safety data sheets, etc.) is complete and correct prior to system entry. * Report any discrepancies related to raw material delivery documentation to the Procurement Manager and/or Warehouse Coordinator for resolution. * Print raw material labels upon receipt for handover to warehouse staff to ensure proper identification and storage location assignment. * Download raw materials from the AS400 system upon issuance of warehouse withdrawal slips (miscellaneous items). * Process withdrawals of raw material samples requested by Quality and/or R&D departments, as well as those arising from incidents (spills). * Keep the Administration and Finance Department informed regarding supplier invoices and deliveries to facilitate corresponding payment processing. * Report deviations in the receiving process for resolution. * Generate raw material inbound reports. * Provide support for necessary warehouse activities as required. * Participate in periodic and/or annual inventory counts. **We Offer:** Employee transportation, food vouchers, subsidized cafeteria service, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, birthday gift.
