Identify optimization opportunities and ensure implementation A company with over 17 years of experience developing, managing, and marketing real estate projects in Mexico and abroad is seeking a: Position Objective Comprehensively manage and direct assigned construction projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, high-quality, and scope-compliant delivery aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. Main Responsibilities * Lead and manage human resources assigned to projects. * Plan construction development in coordination with Projects, Procurement and Contracting, Commercial, and Finance departments. * Supervise adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Identify technical requirements and optimization opportunities related to cost, quality, and service. * Implement controls and processes to ensure proper execution of construction works. * Promptly identify and report areas for improvement, omissions, or irregularities. * Ensure timely delivery of each project phase. Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (degree holder). * Minimum 10 years’ experience as Construction Manager on horizontal and vertical residential projects. * Solid experience in comprehensive construction management. * Advanced proficiency in: * Microsoft Office * AutoCAD * Neodata PU * CivilCAD We Offer: * Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 * Statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Job stability. * Professional development.
