We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges, finds satisfaction in solving complex problems, and ensures every project is delivered with precision, profitability, and technical excellence. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Lead the comprehensive planning and execution of industrial and structural construction projects. * Supervise physical and financial progress of projects, ensuring profitability and timely completion. * Coordinate assembly, rolling, surveying, cost control, and contract administration areas. * Ensure application of quality, safety, and environmental standards at each project stage. * Analyze deviations in costs or schedules and define timely corrective strategies. * Manage hiring, supervision, and performance of subcontractors and suppliers. * Maintain constant communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and technical fulfillment of contracts. * Approve budgets, strategic purchases, and operational resources according to financial objectives. * Promote continuous improvement in construction processes, administrative control, and productivity. * Supervise the administrative, technical, and financial closure of each project. **What requirements are important for this position?** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial buildings or metal structures construction. * At least 5 years in managerial or site management roles. * Advanced proficiency in planning and cost control tools (Project, Neodata, advanced Excel). * In-depth knowledge of AISC, AWS, ASTM, NTC, CFE, IMCA, and safety NOMs regulations. * Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Capacity to control budgets and ensure profitability on each contract. * Experience managing contractors and subcontractors. * Availability to travel and work with flexible hours. * Knowledge of ISO\* quality management systems. **What do we offer?** * Base salary: $70,000 pesos monthly before taxes. * Full statutory benefits. * Social security and INFONAVIT. * Vacation time based on seniority. * Year-end bonus and vacation premium. * Opportunities for professional growth and development. * Technical, structured, and high-level professional environment. * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 hrs, Saturdays from 8:00 to 13:00 hrs. **Who we are** A leading company in the fabrication and installation of steel structures, with over 12 years of experience and more than 400 completed projects nationwide.
