Display merchandise in an orderly and visually appealing manner. Restock items as needed, check expiration dates, and discard expired items. Maintain an organized and clean stockroom. Complete customer purchases, process all payment types, and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges. Verify customer identification when required. Maintain appropriate cash levels in the cash drawer, turn in all money and hotel receipts, and ensure cash deposits and receipts are verified. Follow the opening and closing checklist. Secure the store and monitor customer activity to prevent loss due to theft or damage. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management. Adhere to all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company assets. Welcome and recognize all guests according to company standards; anticipate and fulfill their service needs; express genuine appreciation; and assist guests with disabilities. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; answer phones following proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stretch, bend, twist, crawl, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing 10 pounds or less; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
