Activities and experience * Design age-based activities: games, dynamics, and workshops. * Guide staff in the execution of activities. * Maintain a cheerful, attractive, and organized environment. * Support special events, parties, and themed occasions. Area administration * Manage inventories of materials, toys, and supplies. * Report any damage, needs, or urgent purchases. * Maintain a daily log of incidents and attendance. * Ensure safety protocols are followed. Parent relations * Receive children with safety and warmth. * Communicate rules, schedules, and area dynamics. * Address questions and resolve sensitive situations. * Handle conflicts with professionalism and empathy. Staff * Coordinate and supervise the children's area team. * Ensure staff punctuality, appearance, and attitude. * Train staff on protocols, safety, and activities.
