Executive Chef – Dog Haus At Dog Haus, we seek an Executive Chef passionate about modern casual cuisine, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and efficient operations. This role is critical to delivering an exceptional culinary experience that complements our concept of gourmet burgers, hot dogs, and craft beer. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation for every dish. * Standardize recipes, portion sizes, and procedures to guarantee consistency. * Supervise and train the kitchen team, fostering discipline and teamwork. * Efficiently manage costs, waste, and inventory. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborate on developing new products and menu improvements. * Coordinate with procurement and suppliers to secure high-quality ingredients.
