UNIT CHEF Requirements: * Age: 28 to 42 years old * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Gastronomy. * Languages: Not required * Work location: Monterrey * Availability: Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours Experience: * Minimum 6 years of verifiable experience in prestigious Italian restaurants * Minimum 3 years as a restaurant chef * Extensive knowledge of international cuisine, with specialization in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine * Knowledge of cost control, budgeting, purchasing, inventory, warehouse management, etc. * Excellent personnel management and IMPECCABLE blocking * Recruitment and training of kitchen staff * Knowledge of quality processes, standardization, Distintivo H, Cristal, etc. Skills: * Leadership * Organized * Ability to work under pressure * Frustration tolerance * Adherence to regulations * Teamwork We offer: * $35,000 MXN net per month, paid biweekly. * Statutory benefits. * Rotating shifts (opening and closing). * Subsidized on-site cafeteria. * Additional weekly tips of $1,250 MXN net per week.
