




Job Summary: Campaign Driver-Operator responsible for safely and effectively executing mobile campaigns and event logistics. Key Highlights: 1. A leading company in the hospital sector is seeking a: ***Campaign Driver-Operator*** **Requirements:** Experience: In similar roles related to logistics and event production, organization of health drives. Availability to travel frequently. Valid Class A1 (standard) driver’s license, as a van will be operated. **Job Objective:** To ensure that mobile campaigns and outreach activities—regardless of mobility mode—are carried out safely, effectively, and satisfactorily, thereby achieving set objectives. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Transport the entire campaign team and set up booths for mobile blood donation campaigns. * Conduct site scouting. * Purchase snacks and refreshments. * Attend planning meetings. * Supervise the person responsible for snacks and refreshments. * Implement campaigns, i.e., execute campaigns on time and as planned. * Coordinate the team participating in the campaign. * Take photographs of campaign activities. * Deliver campaign results. * Procure and verify all necessary items for campaign logistics. * Finalize blood donation campaigns across all available modalities, consistently ensuring a positive experience for hosts, companies, and donors. * Ensure proper sensitization of all stakeholders throughout the process to maximize campaign effectiveness. * Timely reporting of campaign results to both external clients and internal stakeholders. * Register donors in the system. **AUTHORITY:** · Manage the engagement and logistics team to ensure effective execution of each campaign. · Request human, material, and financial resources required for marketing, promotion, outreach, planning, logistics, and implementation of altruistic blood donation campaigns in all modalities. · Request and obtain timely follow-up with contacts and donors in case of delays by medical, laboratory, or other operational departments. **We Offer:** Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Statutory benefits.
