At **Getecsa**, our primary objective is to deliver high-quality services so that our business partners can achieve their goals efficiently and with excellence—ensuring their highest satisfaction with our support. **Application:** We are currently seeking a **Business Analyst** to work with one of our key clients in hybrid mode in Monterrey, Nuevo León. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Computing, or related field. * Intermediate English proficiency * 3–5 years of experience in Business Process Analysis **Technical Skills:** * Business Process Analysis * Knowledge of Marketplace tools, Azure, Project, and Jira * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite * Writing User Stories * Knowledge of e-commerce and retail (desirable) **Daily Responsibilities:** * Analyze options among existing marketing channels and evaluate their feasibility and suitability for the company, as well as design requirements needed to integrate them into the business. * Interact with end users to elicit and document business requirements. * Collaborate with development and testing teams to integrate new platforms with existing ones and define use cases and test cases. **We Offer:** * Hybrid work model in Monterrey, Nuevo León * Statutory benefits * Process follow-up, transparency, and honesty * Kindness and empathy The opportunity to grow is in your hands. **Join GETECSA!**
