Operations and Sales** * Supervise store opening and closing procedures. * Ensure achievement of sales targets. **2. Personnel Administration** * Coordinate staff schedules, shifts, and breaks. * Monitor team performance. * Train and motivate staff. * Enforce internal policies and report incidents to Human Resources. **3. Inventory Control** * Prevent shrinkage, theft, and losses. * Authorize inventory adjustments when necessary. **4. Customer Service** * Resolve customer complaints and inquiries. * Ensure high-quality service and a positive shopping experience. * Implement customer service improvement initiatives. **5. Administrative Management** * Prepare sales, expense, and incident reports. * Control store operational expenses. * Coordinate cash deposits and cash handling. **6.
