Administrative and Operational Management * **Inventory control:** Supervises stock levels to prevent shortages * **Maintenance:** Ensures facilities are in optimal condition (cleanliness, repairs, safety). 2\. Commercial and Financial Management * **Goal achievement:** Their primary KPI (key performance indicator) is meeting monthly or annual sales targets. * **Performance indicator analysis:** Reviews sales reports, average transaction values, and profit margins to make informed decisions. * **Local strategies:** Implements promotions or marketing plans tailored to attract customers within their geographic area. 3\. Human Resources Leadership * **Motivation and work environment:** Manages schedules, resolves internal conflicts, and strives to keep the team focused. * **Performance evaluation:** Assesses how well team members are performing and applies corrective actions or incentives accordingly. 4\.
