A company dedicated to the manufacturing of medical devices, headquartered in Chalco, State of Mexico, is seeking a Safety and Hygiene Assistant **Requirements** Environmental or Industrial Engineer 1 year of experience in Safety and Hygiene **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop safety and hygiene procedures and forms * Inspect fire prevention and firefighting equipment * Ensure compliance with current regulations (review and implementation of STPS standards and applicable regulations) * Prepare quotations and issue purchase orders for occupational health studies and personal protective equipment * Conduct training on civil protection topics * Serve as head of the first-aid brigade * Provide induction training for newly hired personnel * Supervise security guard activities and provide them with training * Prepare quotations and finalize purchases focused on maintenance of equipment and facilities * Schedule occupational environment safety assessments * Maintain logs * Investigate accidents * Distribute personal protective equipment * Attend audits * Monitor results of environmental condition assessments * Issue work orders * Conduct inspections to identify unsafe conditions **WE OFFER** * Monthly salary of $11,200.00 * 10% punctuality bonus * 50% subsidized cafeteria * Free transportation within the area * Paid leave days upon family member’s death * Financial assistance upon family member’s death * Financial assistance upon birth of child * Paid leave days upon birth of a child * Financial assistance upon employee’s death * Father’s Day or Mother’s Day bonus * School supplies bonus * Financial assistance for marriage * Paid leave days for marriage * Biweekly bonus payment * Availability to rotate shifts Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,200.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
