ENCOUNTER JAPAN COMMUNICATION is seeking: * Administrative Assistant **Gross Monthly Salary:** $13,691.07 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (remote work only on Saturdays) **REQUIREMENTS:** - Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions - Proactivity, responsibility, and commitment. - Proficiency in Google Drive and basic office tools. - English (preferred). - Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (economics or administration) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Expense and income tracking - Invoicing - Payment planning - Cash and bank account management - Accounts payable - Accounts receivable - General office maintenance - General administrative support - Procurement of office supplies - Petty cash management - Content creation for company platforms: blogs, copywriting, social media posts, etc. - Content scheduling across company platforms and customer service Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $13,691.07 per month Education: * Completed high school diploma (preferred) Experience: * Office experience: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
