Position Summary: We are seeking a Procurement Analyst to manage the purchasing process, supplier sourcing, and demand analysis, ensuring optimal inventory management and achievement of objectives. Direct impact on achieving departmental objectives. **PROCUREMENT ANALYST** Today, El Nuevo Mundo operates 14 branches located in major cities across our country, including Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Tampico, Acapulco, Veracruz, Querétaro, Cuernavaca, and a fabric distribution center. **Requirements** * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree * Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing processes and purchase order entry * Supplier research and management * Negotiation * Proficiency in Excel (databases, pivot tables, basic and nested formulas, etc.) **Responsibilities** * Analyze product demand for repurchasing or restocking * Enter ordered items and manage and maintain related records * Maintain effective inventory control by monitoring sales and supply needs for each product category within the department, aiming to prevent stockouts and/or overstocking * Merchandise management (transfers, returns, allowances, stock levels, etc.) * Accountability for the impact of one’s activities and achievement of objectives * Knowledge of competitors * Administrative management, email follow-up, and other procurement-related tasks for the department **We Offer** · Monthly gross salary · Statutory and above-statutory benefits · Attendance and punctuality bonus · In-store discounts · Life insurance · Grocery vouchers · Savings fund · Job stability · Growth and development Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
