




**Administrative Manager** *Atelier Central \| High-end Furniture* At **Atelier Central**, a company dedicated to the design, manufacturing and marketing of high-end furniture, we are seeking an **Administrative Manager** to lead and strengthen our administrative, financial and operational processes, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the company’s administrative, financial and operational processes. * Manage cash flow, accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports and bank reconciliations. * Schedule and control payments to suppliers, services and fixed expenses. * Supervise payroll, attendance incidents, commissions and employee benefits. * Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, procurement and logistics departments. * Provide administrative oversight for projects, controlling costs, timelines and profitability. * Manage contracts, leases and external services. * Control and organize legal, tax and administrative documentation. * Support recruitment, hiring, terminations and personnel management processes. * Propose and implement improvements to administrative processes and internal controls. * Prepare executive reports to support management decision-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field. * Prior experience in administrative or financial roles (preferably in manufacturing or project-based environments). * Knowledge of financial control, payroll and administrative processes. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. * Strong organizational, analytical and follow-up capabilities. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Organization and attention to detail. * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement. * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. **We Offer** * Opportunity for professional growth. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Involvement in high-value and design-oriented projects. * Job stability and long-term development.
