Main Responsibilities · Lead the areas of **finance, procurement, payroll, billing, accounts payable and receivable**. · Design and implement **improvements in processes, policies, and internal controls**. · Supervise **budgets, cash flow, and supplier payments**. · Analyze key administrative and financial **KPIs**. · Prepare **monthly and quarterly financial reports per project**. · Ensure **regulatory compliance and administrative security**. · Strengthen **relationships with suppliers and strategic partners**. Ideal Profile · Bachelor’s degree in **Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field** (degree preferred). · Minimum of **3 years of experience in a similar role**, preferably in construction or industry.
