




Position Summary: Responsible for financial management, treasury, human capital, operations, and accounting liaison, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Manages treasury and accounts receivable tracking. 2. Supervises payroll, attendance, and employee management. 3. Coordinates procurement of supplies and production supervision. **1\. Financial and Treasury Management** * **Accounts Receivable:** Timely monitoring of the customer portfolio to ensure cash flow inflow. * **Payments:** Scheduling and execution of **payments to suppliers** and fixed services. * **Invoicing:** Generation of invoices and their respective **payment complements**, on time and accurately. * **Reconciliation:** Recording of customer payments and monitoring of bank transactions. **2\. Human Capital and Payroll** * **Payroll Disbursement:** Calculation and execution of biweekly/weekly staff payments. * **Incident Control:** Strict supervision of team **attendance and punctuality**. * **Employee Management:** Addressing staff requests, contracts, and internal regulation compliance. **3\. Operations and Procurement** * **Supply Management:** Procuring **materials** (fabrics, threads, trimmings), ensuring optimal costs and delivery timelines to avoid production delays. * **Workshop Supervision:** Ensuring production processes comply with BordaPro’s quality standards and client-agreed timelines. **4\. Accounting Liaison** * **Documentation:** Organizing, digitizing, and managing all fiscal and financial documentation for monthly submission to the **accounting firm**. * **Compliance:** Ensuring expenses meet required fiscal documentation standards. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Experience:** 3–5 years in similar roles (preferably in manufacturing or textile companies). * **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in invoicing software and ERP systems. * Advanced Excel for financial reporting. * Basic knowledge of labor and tax laws. * **Soft Skills:** Strong leadership, integrity, high sense of urgency, and impeccable organization.
