




Job Summary: Administer and coordinate project administrative and financial management, ensuring compliance with policies and providing support to the Project Manager. Key Highlights: 1. Contractual and budgetary management coordination. 2. Administrative and financial documentation control. 3. Comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager. **Activities and Responsibilities:** Administer and monitor the project’s administrative budget. Coordinate contract management, purchase orders, estimates, and payments to contractors and suppliers. Control project administrative documentation (contracts, invoices, progress reports, administrative logs). Support the preparation of financial and administrative progress reports for the client and management. Ensure compliance with internal policies, SGC processes, application of the Axioma methodology, financial guidelines, and applicable legal requirements. Coordinate necessary administrative logistics (insurance, licenses, permits) for project operations. Provide administrative support to the Project Manager in planning, execution, and closure of the project. Ensure proper compilation and delivery of administrative closeouts upon project completion. Monitor timely and proper fulfillment of financial commitments with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. **Profile:** Architect or Civil Engineer, Knowledge of PMI methodology
