We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where we value the professional and personal growth of our employees. **Job requirements** * Minimum required education: University studies without degree. * Previous experience in a similar position as Administrative Assistant. * Intermediate conversational English level (Interview will be in English). * Age between 25 and 35 years. * Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite. * Good organizational skills and proactive attitude. * Strong communication skills. * Positive attitude. **Job responsibilities** * Assist in general administrative activities. * Document and file control. * Collaborate in the preparation of reports and documents. * Prepare quotations and purchase orders. * Manage shipments. * Answer phone calls and provide customer follow-up. * Inventory control. * Provide direct assistance and support to the General Manager. **Additional benefits and compensation** * Salary: $13,000 – $15,000 net per month * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Location: Europark II, El Marqués, Querétaro. * Direct hiring after trial period. * Statutory benefits. * Monthly bonus based on sales target achievement.
