




Job Summary: This position involves comprehensive support in internal audit, covering human resources management, financial audits, inventory control, and contract administration. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in internal audit and financial management 2. Human resources management and contractual control 3. Audits and inventory control at sales points · Support assigned tasks from Internal Audit · Medium-level experience in Human Resources · Daily review of revenues from the previous cutoff. · Verify revenue reconciliation for consumption centers, accommodation, restaurant, bar, cafeteria, and room service. · Verify continuous operation of point-of-sale payment equipment. · Receive and meticulously review customer contract and agreement documentation. · Manage customer credit documentation, verifying that contract clauses align with negotiations and that 100% of required forms are complete. · Timely collection of accounts receivable according to agreed terms of 30, 60, and 90 days. · Conduct cash counts at consumption centers. · Regularly conduct cash counts at the pit. · Conduct linen inventory counts. · Conduct tool inventory counts. · Conduct bar inventory counts. · Spot checks at consumption centers. · Update staff contracts (hires and terminations). · Monitor insurance renewal dates. · Monitor supplier contract renewal dates. · Control and update responsibility assignments (responsivas). · Prepare accounts payable reports based on supplier credit term expirations. · Warehouse audit for the restaurant. · Ensure procurement processes are followed, maintaining constant communication with department heads.
