**Schedule:** 09:00 A.M. to 05:00 P.M. **Days off:** Weekends Personnel under your supervision. * Supervision and coordination of administrative activities within the area. * Supervision and review of purchases of supplies and services necessary for operations. * Authorization of payments according to established schedules and amounts. * Review of bank transaction reconciliations with the company's accounting records. * Preparation, review, and submission of monthly financial statements to the finance department. * Supervision of customer and supplier portfolios, analysis of accounts receivable and payable. * Follow-up on accounts payable portfolio and overdue account commitments. * Updating and maintenance of detailed portfolio transaction records in the administrative system. * Verification that income, expenses, and accounting entries are correctly recorded prior to closing. * Analysis and explanation of income statement variations. * Maintenance of the work area in conditions of order, cleanliness, and safety. * Training of newly hired personnel on job-related processes and systems. * Analysis and explanation of balance sheet variations. * Supervision of invoicing in the system for all types of customers. * Development of administrative policies and procedures: (supplier payments, commissions, travel allowances, credit, collections, etc). * Generate complete product data in the Odoo system. * Determine product cost and performance. * POD (full management from billing, collections, policies, costs, etc).
