Accounts Payable Manager Objective: Supervise and manage the procurement and payment process for goods and services, ensuring efficiency, policy compliance, and financial control within the organization. Responsibilities – What you’ll do: * Supervise all activities across the Procure-to-Pay cycle—from requisition to payment. * Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement and payment policies and procedures. * Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met. * Analyze and optimize accounts payable processes to improve operational efficiency. * Generate periodic financial reports and analyses, identifying trends and proposing improvements. * Monitor team performance and conduct performance evaluations. * Manage supplier relationships and resolve conflicts or issues that arise. * Prepare accounts payable KPI reports and present them to senior management. * Oversee macro-processes—from supplier selection through to supplier payment. * Implement controls within the department. Requirements – What we need: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable management or similar roles, or as an auditor or related professional. * Proficiency in ERP software (SAP and ORACLE) and advanced Excel. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
