Knowledge: * Accounts Payable * Journal Entry Recording * Payment Accounting Application * Inventory Analysis * Bank Reconciliation * Advanced Excel Proficiency Job Responsibilities: * **Invoice Processing:** Receive, review, verify, and code supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. * **Purchase Order Verification:** Match invoices against purchase orders to confirm that goods and services received correspond to those invoiced. * **Payment Management:** Prepare and execute payments through various methods (bank transfers, checks, ACH) to avoid late fees and maintain strong supplier relationships. * **Account Reconciliation:** Reconcile bank and supplier statements to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors. * **Expense Reporting:** Review employee expense reports for accuracy and process reimbursements.
