Discounts on creativity products We are a Mexican company with over 50 years of market experience, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of creativity products. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. * Knowledge: Accounting, Excel (Mandatory), Microsoft Office suite, CFDI. * Experience: 3 years in accounts payable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Download CFDIs (income, expenses, payroll, and payment complements). * Validate supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment complements. * Review invoices received from the logistics department. * Apply discounts and/or refunds to invoices. * Prepare weekly scheduled and immediate payment requests. * Monitor advance payments to suppliers. * Download purchases recorded in the national supplier system. * Generate accounts payable entries for supplier payments outside the system. * Send payment receipts to suppliers via email. * Prepare the weekly supplier payment flow. * Prepare the weekly supplier payment schedule. * Validate the weekly international trade payment schedule. * Track supplier invoice cancellation requests. * Register new suppliers in the system. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Job stability. * Work location: Historic Center. * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. * Discounts on our products. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
