(Main Responsibilities)** * **Administrative Project Management:** You will serve as the financial right hand in construction project execution. * **Operational Cycle:** Precise tracking of the internal Purchasing and Sales process. * **Budgetary Control:** Rigorous analysis and control of budgets to prevent deviations. * **Assurance:** Execution of **Internal Audits** to ensure transparency and efficiency. * **Data Intelligence:** Preparation of statistics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and monthly reporting for management. * **What Are We Looking For in You?** **Technical Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in the **Construction or Engineering** sector (preferred). * **Excel:** **Advanced** level (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas). * **Knowledge:** Solid accounting foundation and proven experience in Internal Audits and budget preparation.
