Description

**Position Objective** Ensure the proper recording, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting and tax-related operations, guaranteeing compliance with legal obligations, accuracy of financial information, and support for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** 1. Accounting Recording * Record accounting entries (revenues, expenses, and journal entries). * Reconcile bank and accounting accounts. * Maintain updated accounting ledgers. **2. Tax Compliance** * Calculate and file taxes (Income Tax, VAT, withholdings, etc.). * Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns. * Ensure compliance with current tax regulations. **3. Billing and Accounts Management** * Supervise correct issuance of electronic invoices (CFDI). * Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. * Track payments, deposits, and reconciliations. **4. Financial Statements** * Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement). * Analyze financial data for internal reporting. * Support internal and external audits. **5. Administrative Control** * Maintain orderly storage and safekeeping of accounting and tax documentation. * Coordinate with administrative and operational departments. * Support improvement of accounting processes. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (graduated or intern). * Experience: 2 to 4 years in general accounting. * Knowledge: * Current tax regulations (SAT). * Accounting software (CONTPAQi, Aspel, etc.). * Electronic invoicing (CFDI 4.0). * Office suite (Intermediate/advanced Excel). * Skills: * Numerical analysis. * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and confidentiality. * Teamwork.
