Position Summary: We are seeking a technician with knowledge of industrial laboratory equipment operation, metrology, and standards, to perform calibration services and reports. Key Points: 1. Industrial laboratory equipment operation 2. Knowledge of metrology and ISO/IEC 17025 standards 3. Performing calibration services and reports General Knowledge: * Industrial laboratory equipment operation: Ovens, pH meters, spectrophotometers, reflectance spectrophotometers, transmittance spectrophotometers, conductivity meters, thermometers, gloss meters, among others. * Principles of metrology * Basic knowledge of electronics. * Basic knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025\. * Understanding of uncertainty estimation * Perform calibration services in accordance with established procedures * Review compliance with current regulations jointly with the Quality Manager * Comply with QMS requirements * Prepare service reports * Prepare calibration reports * Deliver calibration reports * Identify deficiencies or needs for modification in the QMS * Implement applicable modifications to calibration reports under the QMS-defined procedure * Handling of calibrated standards **\*OWN VEHICLE IS MANDATORY\*** Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance Work Location: On the road
