Maintenance Technician

Description

Responsibilities: * Inspect the proper operation of hospital supply and consumables equipment. * Verify the proper operation of mechanical room equipment. * Conduct inspections in common areas and hallways of the hospital to identify any malfunctions. * Perform room maintenance using a checklist completed within two business days. * Review service orders in the maintenance management system (SOM), including scheduled and urgent orders. * Maintain mechanical rooms and the maintenance workshop area clean and organized. * Complete service orders by recording materials used and obtaining client sign-off confirming service completion.
