Collaboration in engineering and manufacturing projects **Position Description: Operations Supervisor** **About the company:** A metal-mechanical company specializing in machining and stamping processes; we have over 30 years of market presence and are located in San Nicolás de los Garza. We are seeking a machining supervisor for our conventional machining area. **Position Requirements:** * Minimum education: Technician in Machine Tools or related field. * Prior experience as a Production Floor Supervisor, including personnel management. * Advanced knowledge of machining and stamping processes. * Leadership and team management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. **Position Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate production activities on the manufacturing floor. * Support ongoing projects by participating in activities related to the manufacturing and/or repair of devices produced within the company. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and production timelines. * Manage and motivate work teams to maximize operational efficiency. * Conduct production process inspections and audits to identify improvement opportunities. * Collaborate with the engineering team to track manufacturing projects in progress. * Report project progress and status updates to the General Manager. **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Competitive market salary. * Statutory benefits.
