We look toward the future with a vision to expand and become leaders in **innovation** within the industry. **We are seeking:** * Bachelor’s degree/Engineering in: Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, or related fields. * Network administration and configuration (LAN, WAN, VPN). * Knowledge of internet technologies, servers, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). * Database management (MySQL). * Software architecture and programming knowledge (PHP, .NET, C\#, Python, or others). * ERP/CRM system planning and implementation. * Cybersecurity and data protection management. * Virtualization and cloud services experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Monitoring and control of technological infrastructure. * Technical documentation of IT processes and policies. * Tools for managing technology projects (Scrum, Kanban, PMO). * Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PDF reports, email). * Minimum 5 years of experience. **Responsibilities:** * Define and execute the IT strategy aligned with corporate objectives. * Ensure proper administration of the technological infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, ERP/CRM, security, etc.). * Supervise system implementation and upgrade projects, as well as software development (e.g., internal applications, mobile apps, APIs, etc.). * Manage service providers and software licensing. * Lead the team while promoting professional development. **Benefits:** * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Birthday bonus. * Eyeglass allowance. * If you have school-age children, Three Kings Day and school supplies assistance. **Address:** * Dr. Enrique González Martínez St. 167, Santa María la Ribera neighborhood.
