We are a company dedicated to the management of non-hazardous industrial waste, seeking: ***OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR*** **Job Description:** · Manage and support waste handling operations · Coordinate and supervise waste department activities · Conduct plant walkthroughs to identify unsafe acts and conditions · Coordinate waste transportation with the Logistics Department · Leadership: Decision-making and resolution of operational issues · Implement continuous improvements in departments and among staff **Requirements:** · Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (completed or incomplete) . Experience in personnel management · Valid official documents (INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC) . Availability to work rotating shifts (6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.) . Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite .
