At **Grupo ASPID**, a Mexican business ecosystem with over 50 years of transforming lives through solutions in health, beauty, and diagnostics, we are seeking committed talent eager to join a solid, innovative company making a real impact on the industry. ***Focus on driver supervision, route management, and distribution programs*** **Position Objective** Ensure proper planning and execution of the product and raw material distribution program, guaranteeing route efficiency, driver team supervision, and on-time delivery performance. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor daily and weekly distribution programs * Plan and optimize delivery routes * Supervise and coordinate the driver team * Ensure adherence to service timelines and performance levels * Track incidents occurring en route (delays, returns, accidents, etc.) * Verify that distribution complies with internal policies and transportation regulations * Generate operational reports **We are looking for someone with:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or technical degree **(minimum)** * **Advanced proficiency** in Excel and administrative tools * Minimum **1 year** of experience in logistics, distribution, and transportation * Experience **coordinating delivery or distribution programs** * **Management and supervision** of administrative staff (drivers preferred) * Knowledge of **route planning and optimization** * Ability to **solve problems** and make decisions under pressure * **Assertive leadership** capable of directing operational teams firmly and with a results-oriented focus * **Authority and confidence** in decision-making * Ability to **establish clear boundaries** and ensure compliance with guidelines **What do we offer?** * Gross monthly salary: **$12,000\.00** * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Medical services * Benefits platform (Minu) Are you interested in joining Grupo ASPID?
