EXPERIENCE: 1 to 5 years in Strategic Planning; Business Development; Continuous Process Improvement; IT Project Management **Special knowledge**: * Strategic Planning * Project Evaluation * Project Management * Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) **Functions:** * Align and translate organizational goals through the BSC methodology * Periodically update results of strategic initiatives and objectives * Coordinate and support, together with leaders of hospital and administrative units, the development of business plans (documentation of formats, financial evaluation, development of commercial and/or operational strategies, work plan and tracking indicators) for strategic projects related to organic and inorganic growth * Develop and execute tools that facilitate monitoring and analysis of approved projects. * Update and develop tools that facilitate external (economic) analysis for evaluating opportunities for organic and inorganic growth. * Monitor and align operational hospital work systems through the BSC tool and implementation of cascading scorecard processes across Operations both vertically and transversally: **Vertical** * Regions * Hospital Units * Service Lines * Work Areas **Transversal** * Supply Chain (Procurement, Warehouse, etc.) * Administration (Admissions, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable) * Clinical (Quality and Safety, Nursing, Pharmacy) * Commercial (Billing, Pricing and Costing) **Business Model Development** * Definition and development of business plans considering opportunity analysis through Internal and External KPIs * Generation and documentation of business plans * Evaluation of Investment Projects **Work location: Corporate CDMX (P.º de los Tamarindos 150, Bosques de las Lomas, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, 05120 Ciudad de México, CDMX)**
