We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in real estate projects, with strong ability to analyze data and make decisions. **Required Knowledge:** * General processes for carrying out real estate projects * Intermediate Excel skills * Intermediate Office suite skills * **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management degree with professional license * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in the real estate or construction sector. * Previous experience in leadership roles and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * ***Project Definition:*** Coordinate the proper execution of real estate projects, achieving cost, time, and scope objectives. * ***Project Planning:*** Carry out detailed technical and financial planning of the project, including schedules, required resources, and budget. Identify and manage potential risks. * Budgeting and Finance * Resource Management, project quality controls, monitoring and reporting * Project Completion * Coordinate the final delivery of the project to the client. * Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance: * Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and local requirements.
