Consultant / Project Manager to implement ODOO. (Minimum 6-month project) Requirements: * Minimum education: University degree in Public Accounting, Administrative Computing, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology or related field. * Advanced Excel and basic accounting knowledge. * Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing ERP Odoo. * Experience implementing process systems in: treasury, expenses, accounts receivable, accounts payable, accounting entries, electronic invoicing, sales module, purchasing, electronic invoicing, treasury, fiscal receipts CFDI. * Service-oriented attitude and strong teamwork skills. * Project delivery within 6 months, with potential for growth within the company. * Work experience: minimum 6 years. * Languages: English C1. * Positive attitude, empathy, high communication skills, and responsibility to achieve goals. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Position Objective:** * Implement ODOO at 100% across all company areas within a 6-month period, showing monthly progress. This includes a 1-month trial period, followed by 5 additional months. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Main responsibilities (Maximum 6–10 clear and measurable points): * Fully understand general functions of all departments. * Define and communicate overall objectives. * Train all departments on how to use ODOO. * Ensure daily operations across all departments using ODOO. * Execute existing processes. * Identify issues and create new processes. * Assess whether the correct individuals are assigned as department leads. * Generate and present incident and progress reports. * Ensure the company operates at 100% on ODOO starting April 2026. * Work experience: minimum 5 years.
