**Senior Graphic Designer \& Video Editor** **Location:** Preferably Mexico City, Remote/Hybrid **Overview:** We are seeking a highly creative and versatile professional with solid experience in graphic design for luxury and boutique brands, focused on delivering memorable sensory experiences within exclusive hotel environments. This profile must integrate advanced skills in video editing and transition animation to enhance visual consistency and brand storytelling across all hotel touchpoints. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing all visual elements that reflect the brand identity, ensuring that every material — from decor in common areas to digital content — maintains a standard of excellence and creativity aligned with the hotel’s values and brand guidelines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Creative conceptualization and development of all branding, decoration, and ambiance visual elements across different hotel areas (rooms, lobby, restaurant, spa, common areas). * Design, creation, and curation of visual content, graphics, and printed/digital materials that reinforce the guest experience and brand identity. * Advanced video editing, including creation of dynamic transitions, clip assembly for presentations, corporate videos, social media stories, shorts, and web content. * Animation of transitions and motion graphics to add dynamism and coherence to each audiovisual production. * Coordination with vendors for printing, manufacturing, and delivery of decorative and graphic materials, negotiating quotes and managing logistics. * Supervision of the application of visual identity manuals and branding strategies across all touchpoints. * Development of innovative visual concepts to enhance customer experience, increasing loyalty and satisfaction. * Management of multichannel design projects with attention to detail, timelines, and budget compliance. **Requirements:** * Minimum 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hotel, luxury, or hospitality environments. * Extensive experience in branding design, stationery, menus, and decorative items. * In-depth proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management skills. * Advanced knowledge of professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve, and After Effects, capable of producing impactful visual content, animations, and transitions. * Experience in customer journey-focused design and creation of integrated sensory experiences. * Ability to coordinate with suppliers, manage quotations, and oversee material logistics. * Proactive attitude, attention to detail, creativity, and strong communication skills.
