




**Role Summary** We are looking for a **Senior BTL Producer** to lead the end-to-end execution of experiences, activations, and events for various brands. The candidate will be responsible for turning ideas into tangible projects, ensuring organized, cost-effective, and well-executed production across all stages: pre-production, setup, operation, and teardown. This role requires proven experience in BTL production and strong expertise in managing suppliers, budgets, and on-site operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Create, review, and manage **detailed budgets** for small, medium, and large-scale projects. * Supervise production across all phases: **pre-production, setup, event, and teardown**. * Manage, negotiate, and coordinate a solid network of specialized suppliers: * + Construction workshops + Scenography and metalwork + Printing, vinyls, and large format + Audio, video, and lighting + Furniture, equipment, and structure rentals + Catering, venues, and operational staff * Develop and coordinate **production timelines, logistics routes, logistical requirements, and setup schedules**. * Resolve on-site issues in an organized, thoughtful, and timely manner. * Collaborate with **design, creative, and account teams** to bring viable and executable ideas to life. * Prepare and track **comparative tables**, purchase orders, and expense controls. * Ensure each project remains **within budget** and meets established quality standards. * Participate in **post-event evaluations** to improve processes, timelines, and efficiency. * Supervise compliance with safety protocols, venue guidelines, and operational procedures. * Maintain clear and timely communication with all involved departments. **Requirements (Must-Haves)** * **5+ years of experience** in BTL production, events, brand experience, or activations. * Proven experience managing projects of varying sizes: **pop-ups, mid-sized activations, and large-scale events**. * **Active supplier portfolio** (essential), with reliable contacts in construction, printing, scenography, audio/video, logistics, venues, and more. * Demonstrated ability to build **complex budgets**, comparative tables, and conduct negotiations. * Experience in **scouting**, production meetings, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills. * Familiarity with project management and tracking tools (Monday, Asana, Google Sheets, etc.). * Availability to work on-site, operate under pressure, and supervise tight-turnaround setups. **Soft Skills** * Effective communication * Organization and planning * Problem-solving * Attention to detail * Operational leadership * Tolerance for pressure and frustration * Proactivity in anticipating risks and avoiding rework **Nice to Have** * Experience with **safety protocols**, assembly regulations, and permit management. * Knowledge of suppliers in different cities across the country. * Experience working with creative agencies or high-paced brands.
