Position Summary: Coordinate and execute projects, lead internal teams and vendors, manage budgets, and ensure quality and on-time delivery across multiple client projects. Key Highlights: 1. High tolerance for change and agile work Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute projects by analyzing the client brief and developing precise schedules. You must coordinate internal teams, temporary staff, and vendors, controlling budgets and overseeing technical production. This role requires managing direct client relationships, handling multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Technical Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Production, Communications, or related field, with 2–5 years of experience (freelance project experience is mandatory). Solid knowledge of audiovisual and advertising production (expos, displays), logistical planning, time management, and team leadership under pressure is required. Work Arrangement: Compensation is per project, including per diems as applicable, under a quarterly contract. The arrangement is hybrid (remote work with in-person meetings), with flexible hours fully aligned to deliverable deadlines and production needs. Tools and Equipment: You must have your own computing equipment. Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel, Trello, Asana, or Monday, office software suites (Google Workspace), and communication platforms such as Slack or Zoom is required. Additional Notes: We seek a candidate with high tolerance for change and the ability to work in agile environments. It is essential to effectively solve problems and maintain composure under deadline pressure. Travel availability within the Mexican Republic is required.
