Opportunity for growth within Viralink We are looking for a **Video Producer** to support the planning, production, and monitoring of audiovisual productions. This person will be instrumental in ensuring that all productions are well-organized, delivered on time, and meet the professional operational standards required by our projects. We seek someone highly organized, solution-oriented, punctual, and positive-minded—capable of supporting both logistics and on-set operations during filming. **Responsibilities** * Assist in logistical preparation for filming. * Monitor schedules, call times, production requirements, and pending tasks. * Prepare studio space, equipment, and necessary materials prior to each shoot. * Assist during setup and breakdown. * Verify that everything is ready on time and in proper condition before filming begins. * Monitor needs of talent, production, and operations. * Help manage props, set dressing, consumables, and overall set organization. **Requirements** * Experience in audiovisual production. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of audiovisual equipment. * Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and sense of urgency. * Positive service attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Ability to resolve unforeseen issues under pressure. * Clear communication and timely follow-up. * Availability for in-person, dynamic work. * Experience with studios, sets, podcasts, or recordings. * Driver's license (Desirable). **We Offer** * Overtime pay system. * Opportunity for growth within Viralink. * Continuous learning through real-world, high-impact projects. * Creative and dynamic work environment. * Statutory benefits. * Ongoing training and feedback.
