You will serve as the bridge between the director’s vision and its real-world execution. * **360° Management:** From location scouting and permit negotiations to full logistics (transportation, catering, setup). * **Audiovisual Production Oversight:** Project budget management, shooting schedules (Scrum/Project Management), and staff/extra coordination. * **Aesthetic Vision:** Art direction, props supervision, and scene staging support for the Director of Photography (DOP). * **On-Set Problem Solving:** Resolve last-minute emergencies creatively and with leadership. * **Key Relationships:** Negotiate with vendors, sponsor brands, and manage special guests. **Ideal Profile** * **Experience:** 3–5 verifiable years in audiovisual production (agency, production house, or freelance). * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Film, Audiovisual Production, or related fields (we value your hands-on experience and continuing education workshops more than formal credentials). * **Mindset:** Proactive and autonomous.
