A major company is seeking a FIXER/PRODUCER: \* Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Audiovisual Production, Digital Media, Film, or related field. \* Courses/workshops in: \* Audiovisual production management \* Art direction / basic set design \* Project management (Scrum, PMP or similar, even abbreviated versions) Important: More than academic credentials, real field experience and problem-solving ability are essential. \* 3–5 years of audiovisual production experience (agency, production house, media, freelance). Benefits exceeding statutory requirements \* Experience in: \* Location scouting (negotiation and permits). \* Coordination of crew and extras on set. \* Project budget management (basic numerical control). \* Full logistics: transportation, catering, setup/teardown. \* Aesthetic supervision (props, art, staging).
